You can request a return if:

  • Must provide clear photos/video proof of the issue


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or has missing parts

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not available

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bKash/Nagad

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after return approval
