Product must be unused and in original packaging
Must provide clear photos/video proof of the issue
Returns are not accepted if:
You changed your mind after purchase
The product has been used, damaged by the customer, or has missing parts
The return request is made after 3 days of delivery
Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not available
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bKash/Nagad
Refunds are issued within 5β7 business days after return approval
If a product qualifies for return:
